Objective: Position UrgentVet as the go-to urgent care solution for pet owners, highlighting their unique value proposition—affordable, accessible, and compassionate care for pets in need, with a focus on the Las Vegas market.
Challenge: UrgentVet needed to stand out in a crowded veterinary market, where traditional emergency vets are often seen as the only option. The challenge was to communicate UrgentVet’s unique approach—urgent care for pets, not just emergencies—while also addressing misconceptions about cost, convenience, and the overall experience. The campaign required casting animal talent, securing locations, and coordinating a multi-day shoot with a variety of stakeholders.
Solution: Our team managed all aspects of production, from casting (including animal actors and trainers) to location scouting, set decoration, and logistics. We developed multiple creative concepts and scripts, collaborating with the client through storyboards and focus group feedback (Concept Ideas PDF, Focus Group Summary). Over two days of shooting, we captured a range of content:
– Commercial spots (“Just Call Mom” and “Furriest Third Wheel”)
– Social media cutdowns in multiple formats (square, vertical, :60, :30, :15)
– Behind-the-scenes and B-roll for ongoing use
– Drone footage and location photography
We handled all pre-production, production, and post-production tasks, including casting, scheduling, shot lists, call sheets, and expense tracking. The editing process incorporated client feedback, music revisions, and multiple voiceover options to ensure the final product resonated with the target audience.
Results: UrgentVet received a suite of polished video assets ready for broadcast, digital, and social channels. The campaign successfully positioned UrgentVet as a modern, caring alternative to traditional emergency vets, with messaging that emphasized affordability, convenience, and peace of mind for pet owners. The project also delivered a robust archive of content for future marketing needs, and the collaborative process established a template for future campaigns.
